Drinking Up for Trio and Project Rescue Chicago Pups

The Franklin Tap, along with Matrix Partners, a marketing firm focused on the pet industry, is hosting a benefit for Trio Animal Foundation on Wednesday, January 25th, 5:30 to 9 p.m., 325 S. Franklin (between Jackson and Van Buren) . The goal is to raise money to help alleviate the costs that Trio has incurred taking care of the many Parvovirus stricken puppies that they, along with Project Rescue Chicago, recently rescued.

According to Trio Animal Foundation, without the proper treatments, these puppies only have a 9% chance of survival. Trio and Project Rescue are doing everything that they can, but these treatments are expensive and they need help! Franklin Tap will have raffles and special $5 shots for the night (all proceeds going to the Trio Animal Foundation). There will be some exciting raffles including a prize of a six bottle in-home wine tasting party for up to 14 guests with a professional adviser for 2 hours from Wines for Humanity, valued at $350. Another prize is for the Very Important Pet in your life is a special doggie gift basket with loads of goods for your pets, including treats from Stella & Chewy's, Lickety Stik, Company of Animals and much more (valued at $125).

The Franklin Tap will also be hosting a special Ketel One Vodka and Nolet Gin classic cocktail class and distillery sampling the same evening.
