For 12 years, I hosted Pet Central at WGN Radio (1997-2009). I'm proud of what I was able to do at the radio station, and grateful that I was able to make a difference for pets in Chicago, and in some ways for pets all of the country.
In 2009 WLS took me on as a refugee. I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked at WLS for nearly two years - but now I am returning home, to WGN.
I am a contributor each Saturday, 10:50 AM with Bill Moller, and periodically whenever pet and animal issues are discussed on any WGN Radio show. Soon, I will also begin podcasts that I call Petcasts. I am so happy to return.
Here's are some memories, images of guests I had in-studio over my decade plus at WGN (720-AM). (those early years pre-dated digital cameras, so I don't have handy photos for some guests)
