Orleans - with FREE Parking), December 12, 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.($8.95 and tax) - not sure if the tax goes to the North Pole. Is that Cook County Board President Stroger in a Santa Suit collecting a 'Santa tax?' Ho, Ho, Ho?
