The Great American Pet Expo is this coming Saturday and Sunday (November 14, 15) at Navy Pier.
See ex-Chicago Cub (and he played with the Tigers, Reds and Indians) pitcher Milt Wilcox and his Ultimate Air Dogs diving off a dock, splashing into a giant pool.
See a cat show with beautiful show cats, and breeds you may have never seen before.. See Fred (Chicago radio legend) Winston at the Maltese Rescue booth (Saturday morning only). If you live in Australia, you may be under the impression that the Maltese is dangerous. Lots of rescue groups will be represented at the show.
See members of the World Canine Freestyle Organization demonstrate their sport, dancing with dogs.
You can also see me at the Great American Pet Expo (Saturday at noon) answering cat behavior questions.
Admission is $9, $5 ages 3 to 12. (Take public transportation. As usual, Chicago charges more for parking than admission, parking at the Pier is $15). The good news is you can take $1 dollar your ticket price if you click here.
