Stephanie Eats New Orleans

This weekend I’ll be visiting and eating my way through New Orleans for the first time! I’ve done my research and set-up reservations at several award-winning restaurants including John Besh’s Borgne and 2014 James Beard winner Peche. In addition I plan on eating my weight in oysters, learning more about the holy trinity of Cajun cooking, and trying turtle soup for the first time.

Follow along while I take a break from eating Chicago and try my hand, or rather mouth, at some good Southern cooking!
