English Muffin Pizza Sliders

Chicago is currently obsessed with "sliders". You know them as those miniature burgers and sandwiches that are tasty, delicious, full of flavor, and fit in your mouth in one or two bites. But in all my restaurant travels I have yet to find a restaurant that serves up what I call "pizza sliders". The opportunities for these babies are endless. Made with an English muffin (choose whole-wheat if you're trying to be healthy), pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings. These babies have yet to break into the Chicago market and I'm hoping my post propels them to the top...not likely, but I can dream!
