Christine Adams, a lifelong Chicagoan, loves the city's parks, beaches, and other public spaces more than tourists love Garrett's popcorn. As a teacher, she is accustomed to being disproportionately enthusiastic about things, but hopes at least some of her excitement is contagious.
Katie Porter, also a lifelong Chicagoan, loves capturing the neighborhoods, people, and attitudes of Chicago through photography. Also a teacher, she is infinitely creative and inventive.
More than anything, both women hope to shed some light on overlooked places to help people make the most of this beautiful city.
