Now Lennix is in Chicago filming the romantic comedy, "72 Hours" where he portrays God.
In 72 Hours, playboy Cleavon “Von” Burkett (Timon Kyle Durrett) negotiates with God (Harry Lennix) for 72 hours on Earth to right a lifetime worth of heartbreak. The bargaining chip? Von’s life. And we all know how women can hold a grudge. The film stars Timon Durrett, Terri J. Vaughn, Brely Evans, Erica Hubbard, Harry J. Lennix, Brian Hooks, Cynda Williams, Tangi Miller, Chyna Layne, Thea Camara and will be released in 2015.
Lennix is an accomplished film, television and stage actor who appears in the Warner Bros. feature "Man of Steel." Other recent credits include "Emily Owens, M.D.," "Dollhouse" and "Little Britain," as well as the critically acclaimed series "24."
Director Christopher Nolen holds many titles as an American director, producer, writer, actor, and model. His highly anticipated film, “The Good Life” made its debut on the BET (Black Entertainment Television) network in January and now plays on a monthly rotation. His other awaited film “Four Seasons” will premiere later this year. Nolen founded Nferno Productions in 1998 and his work with the company has won several awards including Best Urban Thriller and Best Director.
