Chicago's Best Comfort Food: The Top 10 on Show Me Chicago

Usually by this time of the year I'm ready to climb out from under my comforting winter blanket of mashed potatoes and eat spring foods.  If this were a normal April, those first fresh stalks of grilled asparagus, artichokes, fiddlehead ferns, ramps, green garlic and nettles would be calling my name.

But not this year. Silence. What I need this spring is some serious comfort food

When I think comfort, the first three words that come to mind are:  Fatty, cheesy and greasy...the three musketeers of comfort food. So with out further ado here are my top ten go-to spots for pure comfort food:
