Chicago's Summer 2012: Festivals and Events Calendar.

Chicago, Wednesday, March 21, 2012. Even though Chicago's March feels like summer on steroids with people already complaining about "the dog days of March" and saying "March is the new July", we are still a couple  of months away from the non-stop calendar of events for Chicago's summer of 2012.  This summer, the city will be offering more than 400 neighborhood festivals, parades, plus food and music fests--here are some highlights...lots to make sure to save these dates...and leave room for more.
