Vaughn's Wild West Comedy Show." The show, hosted by Vaughn and James features stand-up comics Richie Minervina, Steve Byrne and Bill Burr.  Doors: 7:30p.m.

The St. Louis Cardinals are in town for the weekend.  Today's Cubs/Cards match-up starts at 1:20p.m. in the Friendly Confines. Cubs.com.  The series continues through Sunday.

Sip a "Blues Eyes Martini" and sit back and enjoy THE RAT PACK SUMMIT REVIEW at Excalibur and Vision Nightclubs.  Take a look back to the 1960's when Sammy Davis Jr., Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin ruled the roost.  Tonight's show features Ottavio Rogatsi, a personal valet to the Rat Pack in 1963 as he gives the audience the inside story on his famous clients.  Live music by Chicago Deep City Orchestra accompanies the vocals.  Special tonight will be an appearance by the original group, The Drifters.  Specialty cocktails at $5 each include the Dean Martin-i, Sammy Davis Stinger, and the Blue Eyes Martini.  9:30p.m.

Animal lovers will be JAMMIN' AT THE ZOO tonight with the Lovehammers at 7:15p.m. and Collective Soul at 8:55p.m. Lincoln Park Zoo, Cannon Drive and Fullerton.

A special series "Filmmakers in Person" kicks off tonight at the Gene Siskel Film Center.  A remarkable new documentary, "Vincent: A Life in Color" features the story of a living Chicago urban legend Vincent P. Falk--"Fashion Man," "Man of a Thousand Coats," and "Riverace."  Director Jennifer Burns and Falk will be present for audience discussion tonight, Saturday and Sunday, after the screenings.  6:00p.m. and 8:15p.m. $10.00.  2 for 1 special to anyone wearing a suit.  Gene Siskel Film Center

The 102nd CHICAGO YACHT CLUB RACE TO MACKINAC kicks off today from the Chicago Yacht Club.  Over 3,000 sailors from 15 different U.S. states plus Ontario, Switzerland and Hong Kong will participate in the 333 mile race.  Spectators can get a bird's eye view of the race from Navy Pier. 

Sample a TASTE OF LINCOLN AVENUE at this annual music, food and drink fest on N. Lincoln Avenue between Fullerton and Wrightwood.  Noon to 10p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Expect huge crowds in Rogers Park as the 5th annual CELEBRATE CLARK STREET brings an urban mix of rhythms,  sounds, art, crafts and food to Clark Street between Morse and Estes.  Today and tomorrow.

OPENS TODAY.  The Art Institute of Chicago features a large-scale retrospective devoted to Henri Cartier-Bresson (1908-2004)--one of the most influential figures in the history of photography. Henri Cartier-Bresson: The Modern Century features nearly 300 prints spanning the 60-year career of Bresson.  Through October 3, 2010.
