My kids seem to constantly be starving from all of the activity in our summer schedules. I am forever handing out snacks to my hungry little people!
Sometimes snacks are purely functional -- like a bag of goldfish or a couple of apple slices to satiate that never-ending hunger until the next meal. But sometimes snacks can be an activity all onto themselves -- especially when you are are looking for something fun to do on a super hot day. First you make it -- and then you can eat it! These snacks also feature only healthy ingredients so you can feel good about the nutritional component too!
