There's some good news and some bad news for the Blackhawks as they head into tonight's Game 4 matchup with the Canucks.
First the bad news...Brent Seabrook, who was the victim of a vicious (and legal...according to the NHL's thinktank) hit from Vancouver forward Raffi Torres, is out tonight. One can safely assume he has a concussion.
Now for the good news...Dave Bolland will return to the lineup after battling a concussion. This will be the first game Bolland has played since March 9th, when a Pavel Kubina elbow knocked him out of action.
It's hard to make an argument for a Hawk win without Seabrook. The defense has struggled WITH him on the ice. Now, with John Scott as the apparent replacement, things look really bleak.
If there is hope, it's that Bolland did a fantastic job shutting down the Sedin's in last years playoffs. Maybe it will be enough for the Hawks to pull out a win.
