This past weekend, my days were spent surrounded by people happily shopping, eating and drinking at the 9th annual Lycée Francais de Chicago Fall French Market held at the French international school Friday, November 8 through Sunday, November 10.
For two days, I got to play a behind-the-scenes role with the chef demonstrations, helping local chefs showcase their culinary skills and featured dishes to visitors to the Fall French Market. As you can imagine, it was a fantastic place to be as chefs served up delectable dishes like cheese fondue, sweet and savory crepes, chocolate mousse, and more.
Below is a look at the chef demonstrations and more of the sights, sounds and tastes enjoyed all weekend long at the Lycée Francais de Chicago Fall French Market.
