7 Warning signs that you need to quilt more

Recently I have made time to sew more and I feel better. I whistle and sing a bit around the condo and even though the neighbors politely asked me to knock it off, I am still in a great mood. I have always thought that quilting is important for my mental health. I ignored some red flags and I don't want you to follow down my path. Here are the warning signs that you need to quilt more.

1.You're stress eating. A lot.

7. The cat down the street spends more time sewing than you do.

8. Finally, you decide to just go and sew.

Don't you just love a happy ending? Me too! Any ending that involves sewing is definitely my kind of finale!

Sew happy!
