I recently read an article from the BBC which included several casual pics from the Oval Office. You can read it here but the part that interested me was various people putting their feet on furniture. This surprised me as I didn't even let students put their feet on the desks or chairs in the classroom. When I was raising my girls I also started out very strict, no feet on the furniture, which included the bed, period!
Different people have different rules. Some people even put plastic covers on their furniture. I imagine I would be even stricter as the President of the United States!
When my granddaughter came along I got more lenient. Even though I knew better, I let her play on the quilt, on the bed, if she took her shoes off. Sure enough, I paid the price as you will see in the gallery.
What is your policy for feet on furniture and quilts? Once I finish the new quilt mine will be NO feet on the furniture or quilts.
