This past weekend I was lucky enough to attend another Quilt show and I enjoyed it quite a bit. It was about an hour from my house in Wheaton at the Du Page County Fair Grounds which was a pretty great facility except for the ladies room! But I was there for the quilts.
I cleverly left my camera in the car so I snapped these pics with my phone. It takes great pictures but my hands don't seem to be as firm on it as they are on my camera. Yes, let's blame any blurry pictures on the cell phone.
Here are some quilts that caught my eye at thePrairie Treasures Quilt Show 2014 .
I hope you enjoyed the quilts. I like shows because they get my own creative juices flowing and recharge my batteries. I've been fortunate and this was the 11th quilt exhibit I was able to attend this year.
I will round out 2014 with a visit to Quilt Expo next month. I love guild shows, big commercial shows, small galleries with a few quilts and exhibits at Museums. And I get a kick out of sharing them with you.
