Wisconsin Museum of Quilts and Fiber Arts is Modern Quilt heaven until April 6th

The minute I heard about this place I was itching to go.  As soon as I got the invitation to visit the Folk Art Exhibit at MAM, I knew this would be the perfect extension of the day. And it was, it was Modern Quilt heaven up here.

Even my husband loved visiting this museum, for real. (He's a keeper, isn't he?)  Our only issue was that the town of Cedarburg had a huge, and I mean enormous, winter festival going on. We couldn't get near the cute downtown with its many restaurants. We ended up going through the drive through at McDonalds and eating them in the parking lot. Yeah, not too exciting.

But the museum was worth a burger in the car, it was just stupendous. Plus the price of admission was only 6.00 and parking was free. Such a deal! Want to read more about it? You can visit their website!

In the meantime, enjoy my visit to the Wisconsin Museum of Quilts and Fiber Arts by flipping through the photo gallery.

Sew happy!

Is this my only post about quilts on the road? Oh no, there are more! We visited Intercourse, PA as well as barn quilts in Kankakee County, Il.
