Visiting the International Quilt Festival Chicago

I can only make so many quilts and to satisfy my need to gaze upon their loveliness, I try to hit as many quilt shows as I can.  Visiting the International Quilt Festival in Chicago can be expensive, last time was when I bought my Longarm!  This time was double my fun as I went with my step daughter.  It was her first visit to a major quilt show so I got to see it from her fresh eyes.  Unfortunately I was still walking on my old feet so I didn't buy quite as much at the merchant mall as I might have liked.   I also forgot to buy a program but I still had a wonderful visit.  If you missed it then you can flip through the photo gallery and it will be like you are visiting the International Quilt Festival Chicago.

If you enjoyed this photo gallery of a quilt show, check this one out as well.  Want to know other quilty activities I'm thinking about and doing? Check out my Facebook page.
