He made a reference to a Biden Administration yesterday, defying a trend that each would not mention the other's name. It was an insane reference, but one, nonetheless.
Well put. He keeps reminding me of the kind of villains who apologize by saying "I'm sorry you were offended," as in he's sorry that we were wrong.
Or the armed robber who pleads, "Please don't make me kill you."
Yes, as in "It's all your fault about what I did."
He isn't alone. There was a number of Tea Bagger Congressmen who today argued that impeachment would be too divisive, and let's all unite. IIRC, these were the same types who supported the Boehner rule and the like.
