Bank robber Sutton, first name Willie,
Broke out of jail
In the city of Philly.
"As to what actually motivated Sutton to hold up banks, as he said in Where the Money Was: 'Why did I rob banks? Because I enjoyed it. I loved it. I was more alive when I was inside a bank, robbing it, than at any other time in my life. I enjoyed everything about it so much that one or two weeks later I’d be out looking for the next job. But to me the money was the chips, that’s all.'" [snopes.com]

So much for his reported quip that he robbed banks "Because that's where the money is." This correction is a real find. Thank you.
The money was there until he robbed it.
Sort of like the news consistently saying "someone is in the hospital after his car crashes on I-57." That makes me tense.
Any commemoration for when John Dillinger broke out of the jail in Crown Point? Sources say March 3.
You have to draw the line somewhere.
