Born today architect Frank Lloyd Wright
Whose designs were marked by space and  light.
His buildings in scale quite  modest or grand
Were joined  organically to the  land.*

  • As far as mistakes, Wright's buildings reportedly leaked like sieves.

    But at least, unlike Mies's, did not all look alike.

  • If you're referring to his "religious" architecture, well, he had to make them holy.
