Donald Trump post-election tweet: "He lost the popular vote by a lot and won the election. We should have a revolution in this country."

Reacting to Obama's win,
Trump calls for revolution.

It's high time that we put him in
A guarded institution!

  • Yep.

He also seems to be perpetuating another myth. I had earlier seen the assertion about the popular vote on a comment on a comics page, but looking it up it appears that Obama won the popular vote by 2 or 3 million, although mail in ballots still have to be counted, and the mess in Florida, which rendered Florida irrelevant.

Maybe we can arm Donald and Rosie with muskets and have them go at each other.

  • In reply to jack:

Good point, Jack. I don't know about muskets---I'm for gun control.
But mano a mano, I'd bet on Rosie.

If Trump is going to have a revolution, there may as well be authentic fire power.

U.S. men have lost their libido.
You'd be smart to know regret

Is proud he still has his libido.
Where is your power of reflection
To think he can't have an erection?

  • In reply to Aquinas wired:

I remember Emily Litella railing about "flea erections." With regard to the Los Angeles porn condom referendum, Jimmy Kimmel said something about "elections over erections."

Trump undoubtedly has enough money to buy some Cialis, if he can get someone into the adjoining bathtub. However, he must feel publicity deprived. IIRC, Kimmel (or was it Leno) also commented on the tweet, so he got his free publicity.
