Watch Tonight's :"Public Affairs," with Illinois Channel's Terry Martin debating and discussing with show host Jeff Berkowitz  the key allegations of (1)  the Fed's indictment of former ComEd CEO Anne Pramaggiore, former ComEd lobbyist and lawyer Mike McClain, former Senior ComEd Government Relations and Regulatory officials Booker and Marquez, ComEd consultant and former City Club of Chicago President Jay Doherty and (2) the Fed's articulation of a tacit conspiracy of ComEd's CEO with senior officers Booker and Marquez, McClain and Doherty to funnel millions to Speaker Madigan's political operatives, aldermen, committeemen, precinct captains and friends in the 13th and 23rd wards- and perhaps in City of Chicago government and politics more generally, to the Chicago Mayor and/or  her office and/or Cook County Government; to funnel ComEd internships to college kids favored in the 13th Ward by the Speaker, to funnel law firm revenue to one of Madigan's fav law firms and its partner(s), and to arrange for a ComEd Board of Directors slot for a crony of Madigan.
