This week’s Chicago Metro suburban edition of Public Affairs features Keith Koeneman, the author of “First Son: the biography of Richard M. Daley,” debating and discussing with show host Jeff Berkowitz the successes, failures and legacy of Mayor Daley, who stepped down in 2011, after 22 years in Chicago’s Mayoral Chair.
