Did Gov. Rod Blagojevich do anything different from what politicians do day in and day out, i.e., swap favors for campaign contributions, swap favors for ambassadorships, etc. Did President Obama mimic Blagojevich when he sent his aides to offer gratitude to Rod if he would appoint Obama's friend, Valerie Jarrett to the United States Senate.

Is Mayor Daley's nephew, Mr. Vanecko, guilty of involuntary manslaughter. Was that whole matter covered up for 8 years by the Cook County State's Attorney's office and the Chicago cops?  Will Special Prosecutor Dan Webb prosecute attorneys who were and/are in the Cook County State's Attorney's office for their involvement in a cover-up? Will Webb prosecute Chicago cops for their involvement in a possible Vanecko matter cover-up?  Could culpability extend to Anita Alvarez? Watch show host Berkowitz debate and discuss these and other legal/political issues with Blagojevich trial counsel Aaron Goldstein.
