The empirical evidence that charter schools all over the country  and school voucher schools (primarily limited to the Milwaukee, Cleveland, Florida and Washington, DC experiments) out perform traditional public schools is overwhelming.  As it is said, when the law is against you, you can argue the facts. When the facts are against you, you can  argue the law. When the theory, the facts and the law are against you, you can just argue.  That, unfortunately for Max McGee, is the position Max McGee seems to have taken. He says he is for charter schools, but his heart doesn't seem to really back that up. He says he is against school vouchers, but he never really explains persuasively why he would be for charters if he is against school vouchers. However, you should watch and let me know what you think. Who won the debate.
