My Spring Must-Haves!

I don't know about you, but I can't take this cold anymore. In the hopes of luring in warmer weather, let's talk about some amazing new products coming out for Spring 2011. Often times I wonder: What's a girl gotta do to get a little opposite sex attention? Well, I think Bond No. 9 answered that question with their newest perfume, Madison Square Park. To say that I am excited about this would be a dramatic understatement (I actually squealed when I found out that it had arrived). With notes of grape hyacinth, huckleberry, and prairie dropseed grass, as well as red rose, tulip and teakwood, this is the perfect spring scent. Eliza makes a great point when she says that this would be a great bridal perfume. Although, to be fair, I would be the last person to talk to about that. Just this afternoon (you know, when I woke up), I debated drop crotch denim or beaded moccasins, so I think perfumes on my wedding day are the least of my concerns. Ah, but I digress. Bond No. 9 Madison Square Park is available April 15 in any of their New York locations, Saks Fifth Avenue and at bondno9.com.

Another thing to look forward to are the new environmentally-friendly makeup brushes from Dermablend. Each brush is made with a bamboo handle, recycled aluminum and the bristles contain NO animal hair. They actually provide really great coverage and don't shed like other synthetic bristle brushes I've tried. The line launches in April and includes a powder, foundation, concealer and face/body brush. You can pick these and other Dermablend products up at Ulta, Macy's or dermablend.com.
Last but not least, we have OPI Step Right Up. It's a new shade from the Femme de Cirque Softshades 2011 collection. I am all about white and light pink nails right now, but usually they end up being a little too light for my liking. This one is great, because it's a bit thicker than most, and it actually comes out looking like the white I want and not clear. The entire Femme de Cirque collection is available at Ulta.
