It's Your Tea Time

We would like to share with you the Afternoon Tea
expertise that George and I practiced during our tenure at the Ritz Carlton.  Reserve
your place for High Tea at Prairie Fire on Friday December 17 or Saturday December 18.  Tea will be served  between 2:00 and
4:00 pm.  Here's the menu:
