3 Great Footwork Drills

This movie includes 3 footwork drills. They can easily be incorporated into any type of combat sports class. They are excellent for classes that have circuit work. Of course you can hone your stance and footwork on your own by doing these solo. As your footwork becomes more fluid, you will reap the benefits of the leg conditioning these exercises offer. There are 3 drills: 1.) Shadown Boxing on the Bosu, 2.) Shadow Boxing with an Xercuff, 3.) Circular Movement. The dots requires the most explanation. You will be using dots at various positions of the clock. Moving left and right to become fast and smooth advancing and retreating with straight punches
