If you have always been curious about the MMA workout or Muay Thai, you can now sign up for a MMA/Muay Thai Boot Camp being offered on February 21, 2010 for only $20.00 a person. The all level boot camp style workout will be held on Sunday the 21st from 12:30pm to 3:00pm. It will be taught by Said Hatim at POW! Mixed Martial Arts, 950 W. Washington - 312-829-7699. Said is the assistant MMA coach for Dino Costeas and full-time Muay Thai and Kickboxing coach. He is unbelievably dynamic and attentive. He is an ISKA champion and previous member of the Moroccan National Fighting Team. If you are interested in attending by call and register. Please arrive by 12:15pm to enter the seminar on-time. Katalin is the Owner of POW! MMA and Fitness, Chicago Krav Maga and POW! Kids Chicago which has been in the West Loop for over 10 years. She is a 4 time black belt and 30 year veteran of the martial arts/combat sports. She is an international presenter and writer for both the martial arts and fitness community. Katalin is the mother of 3 children: Jackson Diego (4), Isis (3) and Colt (1) and married to the most handsome Chicago Firefighter.
