After all the turkey/mashed potatoes/pumpkin pie/egg nog/ and endless amounts of calories we all consumed this weekend, why not burn off the fat in the gym by dancing on a treadmill. Yes! Now you can salsa, dip it low and everything else in between all while on a moving running machine. I mean, how hard can it be? Or if you're like me, who has problems with walking on the ground, would fall flat on your face and then die of shame for even attempting to perform the kinds of leaps and spins this magical woman pulls off.
