Lottery losers

Question – How much money do Illinois schools get from the state lottery? Answer – The same as all the players, minus the winners. The Illinois lottery brought in a profit of $643m in 2009 for the Common School Fund.  Outstanding!  In that tight budget year the extra money should have helped around the margins... Read more »
