Hi friends. It's been a while. I am still working on the relaunch of my website (scheduled to launch in mid-May) but I have continued to write many delicious recipes along the way. Since the weather in Chicago is still cruddy, I figured it was a good time to share this simple cold buster smoothie recipe with spinach, orange, apple and yogurt! It's very easy to make and tastes great! Be sure to let me know what you think once you've tried it.
My body is definitely ready for spring! I know I'm not alone when I say, I'm not too happy about the winter we are (still) having. I woke up with a sore throat more than once this season and had a lag in my step. So, what's a girl to do? Drink her vitamins of course.
Immediately after I started drinking this tasty concoction, the ache in my throat started to fade. I’m not kidding. I mean, come on, I’m not trying to sell you smoothie recipes or anything! :-)
