Zeus and Bailey are a pair of healthy, fun, friendly and active bonded rabbits looking for a loving guardian together.
The rabbits were relinquished to Friends of Petraits Rescue due to a family’s issue with allergies – either to the hay they need to eat, or to the rabbits themselves.
These rabbits eat a healthy diet of mostly timothy and orchard hays, a small amount of pellets, plenty of fresh greens ... romaine, carrots with tops, cilantro, and bites of apples, etc as treats. They love toys made from edible hays and wood; they shred them, roll them, and throw them around.
Zeus is a neutered six-month-old male grey mini Rex rabbit. Bailey is a spayed one-year-old female Dutch rabbit with one blue eye and one brown eye.
These two adore each other, chase each other, snuggle together and groom each other.
They also love attention from their humans. I keep the rabbits in two attached 30” high exercise pens with fun toys, water bowl, and multiple large litter boxes for hopping in.
They love to explore the home, but I keep an eye on them as rabbits can chew cords and woodwork. They could easily be happy house rabbits if you rabbit-proof. They are trained to use their litter boxes quite well.
Zeus and Bailey are extremely healthy, vet-checked, neutered/spayed, and ready for a loving family. Their adoption fee of $300 as a pair benefits Friends of Petraits Rescue and includes all their belongings ... carrying case, food, hay, litter, litter boxes, pens, and favorite toys!
Please fill out the adoption application at https://friendsofpetraits.com/guinea-pig-adoption-application/ and follow up by contacting email@example.com for an appointment to meet them.
