Velma — Petraits Rescue

Velma — Petraits Rescue

Velma is a tiny and sweet, seven-pound, one-year-old female patch tabby cat looking for a loving guardian.

Velma loves people. She’ll rub against your legs and sit with you for snuggles. She appears to be afraid of other cats and dogs at first, so she’d probably be just as happy as the only pet in the home.

Found stray in Evanston, her original family could not be found. She found rescue with Friends of Petraits.

She is now extremely healthy. Velma has been spayed, vaccinated for rabies and distemper, dewormed, microchipped and virus-tested negative.

To meet and possibly adopt beautiful and sweet Velma, please complete an adoption application at http://www.friendsofpetraits.com and then e-maill friendsofpetraits@gmail.com for an appointment to meet her.

Her adoption fee of $150 benefits the rescued pets of Friends of Petraits Rescue.

She is being fostered in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood.
