Penny is a very sweet, six-month-old, six-pound, female brown tabby cat looking for a loving guardian.
Penny is great with other cats and dogs when introduced appropriately. She’s currently living in a foster home with three other cats and a dog and she loves everyone.
She would certainly be happy in a home with other pets to play with!
Poor Penny landed at Chicago Animal Care and Control after being hit by a car which broke both her back legs.
An incredible foster mom for Friends of Petraits Rescue took Penny in for the four months of surgeries and recovery.
This spectacular cat never lost her joy and love for life. She is finally ready to find her permanent loving family.
She is very healthy now, spayed, micro-chipped, up-to-date on vaccines and virus-tested negative.
Penny’s adoption fee of $150 benefits the rescued pets of Friends of Petraits Rescue.

She is currently being fostered in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood.
