Mia is a fun, energetic, playful, loyal and loving, four-year-old, 55-pound, female blue-nose pit bull, with warm brown eyes, and an adorable white starfish on her chest, looking for a loving guardian.
Mia has been well-trained and knows the commands sit, stay, paw, other paw, and go to bed.
She is wonderful in the home, friendly with all visitors. She just loves people and is full of kisses and tail wags for all the humans she meets. She is housebroken when taken out on a regular basis and enjoys a game of tug-of-war with her favorite toys.
Mia is very food and toy-focused and extremely trainable. She’s learned so many things in her foster home… for instance how to not be afraid of the vacuum cleaner and slowly getting on the treadmill!
Unfortunately, she does not do well with other pets, so she’s looking for a home as the one and only animal in the house.
Outside the home on walks, she is on high-alert for other dogs and can be reactive. When it’s only her, she’s fabulous on leashed walks!
Mia is healthy, up-to-date on vaccines, spayed and microchipped. Her adoption fee of $150 benefits rescue and includes her food, toys, leash, collar, bed and veterinary records.
