Bonny — Petraits Rescue

Bonny — Petraits Rescue
Bonny is a sweet, calm and gentle, five-year-old, 62-pound, tan and white Lab-mix looking for a loving guardian.
Bonny is perfectly housebroken, phenomenal on leashed walks and great in the car. She sleeps next to her foster mom’s bed, and does not get up on furniture.
She loves being in the same room as her human, but she is not needy. Although she will howl and bark when her human leaves the house so she is not the best fit for a condo or apartment building.
Bonny is wonderful with other dogs, cats and people of all ages.
She was rescued in Mississippi when she was pregnant and heartworm positive. All her puppies have found homes and she has been treated for heartworm.
Bonny is now healthy, spayed, up-to-date on rabies, distemper and bordetella vaccines, microchipped, fecal-tested and on monthly heartworm preventative.
If you are interested in meeting and possibly adopting Bonny, please contact for an adoption application. Her adoption fee of $200 benefits the Friends of Petraits Rescue.
She is being fostered in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood.
