Lylah is a very sweet, playful and loving, two-year-old, 15-pound, female Bichon Frisee with looking for a loving guardian.
Lylah lost her home when her dad went into a nursing home.
Lylah was a bit timid when I first got her, but I’ve had her for 12 days now, and her true personality comes out with time and love.
She loves to go for walks, but she is leash assertive to other dogs.
But, in the home and in the yard, she’s a delight … great, and very playful with my other dogs and fine with my cats.
Lylah is housebroken when kept on schedule, and quietly and easily crated. She goes right in to the crate to wait for her meals.
Lylah loves to snuggle in dog beds or on your couch, and likes to sleep in bed with you, rolling over for belly rubs.
Lylah is very healthy, spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, fecal and heartworm-tested, micro-chipped and on monthly heartworm preventative.
If you are interested in meeting and possibly adopting Lylah, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for an adoption application. Her adoption fee of $375 benefits Friends of Petraits Rescue. She comes with everything you need to care for her: crate, food, bowls, harness, leash, collar.
She is being fostered in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood.
