May kicks off National Bike Month, which means there are going to be a lot of bike related events, like the Ride of Silence on the 15th , a ride that commemorates fallen cyclists.
One quick thing that you can do to help celebrate National Bike Month is making a promise to “Roll Together,” and keep the roads safe.
It’s a simple concept thought up by People for Bikes and takes about 10 seconds to fill out a few questions in support of bikes and cars sharing the road safely.
The simple promise of “Rolling Together,” is a promise that could transform our streets. A promise that can turn every trip into a better one. A promise that will help us see our fellow travelers as the people we all are—whether we are behind the steering wheel or the handlebars.
A promise to travel with compassion.
