30 year old Galliett practices doesn't just look good in bathing suit, she practices what she preaches. Galliett is a personal trainer who spends everyday working with men and women of all ages and fitness levels, helping them reach their various fitness goals.
It's more than just pumping iron in the gym, Kate is a part of the Chicago endurance community. She is a runner, who is working towards a sub-2 hour 1/2 marathon, and spends her free time outside, active and healthy.
