It's warm outside, Finally!
Time to get off the trainer onto the roads, into the water and running, running and more running.
If you're not sure where to start or how to make the most out of your training time, no worries, Chicago Endurance Sports has got you covered.
Mike Norman and his team of coaches are some of the best in the business and have a plan, group and program for everyone at every level.
Here are just a few of the classes and groups they have going.
Ironman 70.3 Racine or Steelhead Training Program - Starts April 11th.
Both of these races are now Clearwater qualifiers, and if you are looking to PR or finish, their coaches have the program to help you reach your goals.
Spring Cycling Base Building - Starts April 25th.
Series of five (5) group rides designed by CES Head Cycling Coach Jordan Grauer to build your aerobic base and improve your group riding skills before the summer season begins. This program is ideal for triathletes, fitness riders and century/multiday event riders.
Swim Technique Classes - Start May 4th.
I am a graduate of these and if you're going to get in the water, then this is a great class to get you ready. Become more efficient and finally enjoy swimming? Coaches will teach you efficient swimming techniques and send you home with a new perspective on triathlon swimming.
Chicago Triathlon (Sprint/Olympic) Training program - Starts June 6.
They have created a custom, 14-week program that will prepare you for the race, no matter what your experience level is.
