It's been a long season for many of you and with Ironman- Madison only eight days away, we found a perfect way to pat yourself on the back and get in a different kind of workout.
The Old Town "Crush, Music & Comedy Fest!
Work your thighs while crushing some grapes or on the dance floor, enjoy a few adult recovery drinks and most importantly, relax, you earned it.

Take a post-Labor Day outdoor fave (Wine Crush in Old Town), expand it to two days with two stages, and you have the "Old Town Crush, Music & Comedy Fest," .
In addition to wine tastings, cheese samplings, the cuisine of neighborhood restaurants, artisans and the always-popular grape stomping contests (both days), set to perform are Arizona alt-rockers the Gin Blossoms, the soul/funk of Jambon, quirky Californian That 1 Guy, Todd Kessler, Jason Reeves, 16 Candles, Laura Warshauer and many, many more.

The Mad Dash is one of the highlights of the Chicago Blackhawks' "Training Camp Festival," a day long event that takes place at the stadium from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. on September 19th.
The festival includes the 5K run, 5K walk, 10K roller race, a Blackhawks' training camp practice at 11:00 a.m., music, a meet-and-greet the players and more.
