Chicago Endurance Sports offering three session class featuring Erica Rose World Champion Open Water Swimmer!
Make Swimming your Strength - Not a punishment!
For most triathletes, the swim leg of the race is considered "something you have to suffer through" before you get on the bike. Unlike the clean, filtered water of the local pool, the open water can be wavy, dark & murky, there are no lane lines to follow and there are people swimming all around you (or over you). Maybe you've had a few opportunities to practice swimming in the open water, you have your wetsuit and you've been working on your swim technique. But have you ever had the opportunity to train specifically for open water group swimming under the supervision of Erica Rose, World Champion and Nationally Ranked open water swimmers & triathlete.
Erica Rose has won World Championship and multiple USA
National titles in Open Water Swimming since 1996. She will be joining
the CES Swim Coaching staff of Head Swim Coach Andrea Rusin and CES Co-Founder Mike Norman in presenting a new,
comprehensive Triathlon Open Water Performance class. One of the big
differences with this class is that not only will we teach you skills
and techniques, but we'll also teach you how to practice them in a a
pool, and in the open water setting with people around you.
