This Friday, we will wave good-bye to 2010 and say hello to 2011. Lots of people choose to make New Year's Resolutions. A New Year's Resolution is usually a promise to "do better" or "give something up" in the coming year. I'm sure many of you ladies hear women talking about how they want to lose 10 pounds or fit into a smaller dress size or cut something out of their lives. While goals like that sometimes have their place, I encourage you to have a different kind of resolution for 2011.
Resolve to do something positive.
I am taking on something pretty awesome in 2011, and I'll be inviting you to share in the journey along the way. (Come back Friday to hear all about that.) But instead of resolving not to do something in 2011, resolve to do something. Maybe it's something you always wanted to do, or something that will make you or others happier.
