Blackhawks trade Jack Skille & prospects to Florida for Michael Frolik and a goaltending prospect

Former co-workers Stan Bowman and Dale Tallon made a deal on Wednesday night as Jack Skille was sent to Florida for 22-year old center Michael Frolik.

Like Skille, Frolik is a former high draft pick (10th overall in 2006, 7 spots behind Jonathan Toews) and has underachieved up to this point in his career.
Frolik has 29 points (8 and 21) in 52 games this year with the Panthers.
My initial reaction is that I like it. Skille has proven in numerous opportunities that he is unlikely to ever be effective at the NHL level as a Blackhawk. You could argue the same for Frolik, but this move adds center depth and gives a kid a change of scenery and a second chance.
In addition to acquiring Frolik, the Hawks received goaltending prospect Alexander Salak. The Swedish goaltender is highly touted by many scouts and could eventually be the biggest factor in this deal.
Are the Blackhawks done? I doubt it. Still plenty of time before the deadline.
