I know we all have a weekend to get to but real quick: I'd like to nominate two phrases that should be retired from the popular vernacular until further notice.
These two phrases have served the web culture well, and should now step down so as to allow fresh, less played-out phrases to take the reigns as we push back against the slow rot of human shittiness currently threatening our future.
While not 'forever,' it should be 'farewell' to the following phrases:
1. Hold my beer.
2. Tone deaf
Have a good weekend!
