It's a montage of rehearsal footage merged with scenes from the Rob Marshall-directed musical.
And it's stunning.
It's oddly gratifying to see celebrities sweating it out through grueling dance-rehearsals, isn't it? Perspiring like singing and dancing Broadway pros! Clearly these actresses worked extremely hard on this film...which seems to be a rare thing in Hollywood these days.
Only two more months! Judging by the trailer I think I'm looking forward to Penelope Cruz's sizzling "Call from the Vatican" most of all. Plus, Rob Marshall movie-musicals always seem to deliver the goods.
And now I'm craving garlic bread. And some kind of spicy lasagna. And cheap Riesling. Ugh...Mondays.
