Eat some fat please!

Good fats that is.  Our body needs essential fatty acids, which are not produced by the body, and we need fat to absorb certain vitamins.  Fat also provides satiety and tastes delicious!  Too many times have I been discussing one's weight loss diet and he or she is not eating enough fat.  No wonder they're diet goals are not being reached....because they are hungry or they overeat either later that evening or at some point in the next few days.  Your body needs enough food to function so don't starve yourself and think you are going to have long term weight loss.  And more importantly, don't skimp out on good fats that your body needs to not only function and prevent disease but to give you energy, give you nice skin and hair, feed your brain, etc, etc.  Try incorporating these good fats into your daily intake and spread them out throughout the day.
